I used to apply my facial products very fast so that I can hit the sack faster. But these days, I practice mindfulness to enjoy my skincare routine slowly instead of just going through the motions. I find that when I massage the products onto my skin slowly, the relaxed pace releases tension from my body and allow the active ingredients to work for maximum benefits. I also sleep better as a result.
