She mentioned to me that the prototype Bread Maker was very complicated with many buttons at first but after repeated testings, she had helped the company streamline and improve the Bread Maker to its current 5-step process and simple to use navigation buttons.

2. No more aching shoulders and under-kneading or over-kneading of dough
You no longer have to worry about under-kneading or over-kneading of dough as the Bread Maker does the job of mixing, kneading, rising and baking the bread for you automatically. No more suffering from painful, aching shoulders or getting your hands sticky or dirty from having to knead the dough manually for 10-15 minutes, unless of course you enjoy the process of bread making.
3. Pre-set your bread to be ready at any time you like using the 13-hour Digital Timer
Yes, you can now walk away after putting all the ingredients in the Bread Maker and decide when you want the loaf to be ready by using the 13-hour Digital Timer. Imagine putting in the ingredients the night before, pre-set the bread to be ready at 7 am, waking up, allowing the loaf to cool down while getting ready for work, cutting the loaf and enjoying the wholesome bread wherever you are. Convenience anytime. The bread can last 3-4 days in room temperature as they are sans preservatives and additives or up to 1 week if kept in the refrigerator.
4. A separate Raisin & Nut Dispenser and Yeast Dispenser for better bread texture
I felt I need to make special mention to the Raisin & Nut Dispenser (Top) and Yeast Dispenser (Bottom) as other brands of Bread Makers do not have this feature and simply mixes all the ingredients together. Do you know that salt actually “kills” the yeast and will result in the loaf not rising properly? However, the SD-P104 overcome this problem by having the separate Yeast Dispenser. 15 minutes after the dough has come together, the yeast will be dispensed automatically at the optimal temperature and another 15 minutes later, the raisins, nuts and seeds will be added automatically, giving rise to a better and even bread texture.
5. Crust Colour Control and 13 Menus for a variety of products
You can also decide how crisp you want the crust to be by selecting either “light” or “standard”. While 8 of its 13 menus are for baking breads like soft, wholemeal and pineapple bread, the rest are for making pizza, bun and dumpling skin dough as well as baking cakes and even melting chocolate.
The freshly made Muah Chee dough is ready to be cut into bite sizes and coated with peanut mixture.
