This year, Fragrance has created new salted egg snacks! Made with 100% real salted egg, Fragrance salted egg fish skin and pork floss are baked and never fried to create the all-time-favourite salted egg snacks that packed a flavourful crunch.
Although the salted egg flavour is a little subtle but I do like it that the fish skin is not coated in thick layers of seasoning to make it too overwhelming sweet or jelat.
The crispy salted egg pork floss is so appetizing and is best paired with porridge, omelettes, sponge cakes, swiss rolls and tofu but also taste great when eaten on its own! I enjoyed the salted egg pork floss best with porridge as it adds a nice crunch to the otherwise bland porridge.
