Black Pepper Crab Fish Skin, Mala Salted Egg Potato Chips & Salted Egg Pork Floss
This year, Fragrance has created new Mala salted egg snacks! Made with 100% real salted egg, Fragrance fish skin and pork floss are baked and never fried to create the all-time-favourite salted egg and Mala snacks that packed a flavourful punch.
The black pepper crab fish skin was not coated in thick layers of seasonings but I do find it a tad sweet. The Mala salted egg potato chips was not too spicy and excites the palate but I do find that the Mala has overpowered the salted egg flavour.
The crispy salted egg pork floss is so appetizing and is best paired with porridge, omelettes, sponge cakes, swiss rolls and tofu but also taste great when eaten on its own! I enjoyed the salted egg pork floss best with porridge as it adds a nice crunch to the otherwise bland porridge.
