Nature’s Glory Review: Organic Health Foods for Eating Clean & Detoxification

March 19, 2017

Recently, I had a small health scare. Every year, I do a routine medical check-up and I noticed my cholesterol levels had been steadily increasing. Here is a screenshot of my recent lipid profile below. I didn’t think much of it until the frequency of having muscle cramps/strains and hand numbness started to increase whenever I lift heavy objects or did sudden jerking movements.

Natures Glory organic foods detoxification reviewJust the other day I went for my weekly music lesson and experienced that awful sensation and hand numbness again when I suddenly lift up a chair. My face turn pale and I couldn’t move my right arm. My instructor got really worried that I had a stroke and didn’t know what to do.

I told him to give me 5 mins to exercise and massage my right arm and slowly I could feel the blood coming back to my arm and we continue our lesson without further interruptions.

I try not to start any statin medications to lower my blood cholesterol due to side effects like headache, difficulty in sleeping, muscle weakness, vomiting, etc, and would rather adopt lifestyle and diet modifications.

I want to eat clean and do a system detoxification as I believe many of our health problems happen due to poor nutrition and lack of exercise.

Natures Glory organic foods detoxification reviewI always turn to Nature’s Glory for certified organic and natural food products that are beneficial for health and here are a few of their latest award-winning products.

Nature’s Glory Plum Balls

Natures Glory organic foods detoxification reviewPlum is also known as the “king of alkaline food” and helps in balancing the blood pH and overcoming fatigue and stress. Nature’s Glory Plum Balls are rich in organic acids and minerals to convert fat into energy, promote vitality, improve digestion and boost immunity.

Lactic acid is produced and builds up in our body due to illnesses, drugs, poor eating habits and having food additives, excessive meat and high sugar intake. Excess lactic acid in the body can lead to fatigue and muscle cramps.

Plum Balls can help to break down lactic acid, thus helping to improve metabolism, neutralise hangovers and retards aging.

Directions: Swallow, suck or chew 10-15 plum balls daily after meals.

Sounds like a frightening feeling you experienced at your weekly music lesson and cheers to natural healing. Not sure if you eat much dairy but in coaching a number of clients with heightened cholesterol, I have seen their number drop dramatically (like their doctors said they didn’t need medicine anymore) after limiting or removing dairy. Thanks for sharing your story.
