My favourite Sudio earphones was the Tolv and I am so excited that Sudio have launched their latest true wireless earphones, Sudio T2, which is an upgraded version of Tolv, their best-selling earphones. It looks similar to Tolv but the upgraded version has included active noise cancellation and beamforming microphones to control environmental noise for clearer calls.
Beamforming microphones consist of a microphone array in each wireless earbud, with one mic pointing outwards to capture the ambient surroundings while the other mic is aimed towards the user’s mouth to capture your voice. This ensures that voice clarity is maintained.
Sudio T2 features a smooth, matte casing that’s feels sturdy and premium. T2 packaging comes with a charging cable, three sets of ear tips to help you find your perfect fit and a cleaning cloth. Sudio has also redesigned the packaging to be 100% plastic free in their commitment to environment sustainability.
I choose the Jade colour which I adore very much as it is trendy and sparks joy whenever I see it. T2 also comes in Black, White and Sand colour, a dusty pink colour, which is really trendy as well.

The touch control for T2 is activated by pressing and holding on the metallic surface of each earbud. Sudio is staying true to its Scandinavian chic and minimalist design which I love while consistently feature reliable performance. The earbuds are ergonomic and comfortable with no angular edges. T2’s newly shaped ear tips were perfected after 17 iterations and tested on over 400 ears to offer users the delicate balance of fit and comfort for any ear size.
Pairing T2 with your mobile phone is really simple and effortless thanks to the Bluetooth 5.2, as they pair almost instantly once you turn on the earphones.
Once the earphones are finally paired with your phone, they will automatically pair every time you take them out of their casing. This a great functionality, especially if you need to use them quickly to listen to a podcast or answer a call. To switch them off, simply put them back into the case.
There are metallic buttons on each earbud for playing/pausing, skipping tracks, and adjusting volume. The buttons are sensitive to light taps but not overly sensitive that they will get activated unintentionally if I brush my fingers over it. The single tap for play, pause or answering calls is still alright but other than that I still prefer to use my phone directly for easier control.
Like the first generation Tolv, the bass and lows are energetic, but they are in better balance now in T2. The sound quality is crisp and uncompromising, with a depth of experience that’s wonderful to indulge in.
Based on the owner’s guide, this is how you can activate the ANC and environmental sound.
Hold either touch-controls for 2 secs:
- When you hear a chime: Everything is off.
- When you hear a swooshing sound: ANC is activated.
- When you hear a ding-dong: Environmental sound is boosted.
